The quality of material & construction is good and the price is reasonable for a brand name product. Overall, the product is working as desired. It is completely hidden under my long sleeve dress shirts at work and works well at the gym (doesn't slip or bunch). The upper grip section has relaxed to being tolerable after a week and the level of compression, while not as tight as I might like, does help quite a bit. ![]() I was not happy, but I gave it a try for a week. It felt like a tourniquet and a tube sock had a baby. When I first put it on, the upper grip that keeps the sleeve from slipping seemed overly tight and the compression sleeve part seemed much looser and less supportive than I would have expected. I ordered this sleeve to go under my work shirts and also to wear to the gym. It helps a lot, but it is bulky and unattractive. I have an adjustable strap with a small cushion that pushes on the sore tendon. ![]() I have a tendon in my arm that has been getting progressively more painful its probably tennis elbow. I will update my review once I receive and wear the replacement for an extended period of time. I ended up taking the replacement from Amazon and they sent it out immediately. ![]() Tommie Cooper contacted me the next day, offered their apologies but couldn't do much since I had bought it from a third party distributor which was understandable and my point of contacting them was purely informational. Amazon contacted me back offering a replacement or refund within 6 minutes. I contacted Amazon and Tommie Copper both after 7pm PST. Unfortunately I owned it less than 2 days and just wore it for a total of 6 hours (not even using it for any physical actives like weightlifting or riding my bike) and the inside of the upper cuff's stitching is coming undone. I used the sizing chart on the Tommie Copper website which suggests an XL for a mid bicep 14.5"-16" and it fits as expected. It seems to work better than my other compression sleeve as it cuts down on arm fatigue and weakness due to tennis elbow for the short time I've owned it. It keeps my arm warm yet is breathable enough that it doesn't cause and build up of moisture or sweat. My initial thoughts on it are it does fit very comfortably ,and compresses enough to feel it but not too much so it cuts off and circulation. I decided to buy it and luckily I did through Amazon. I saw the reviews of the logo wearing off and figured that shouldn't factor in to how well the product does or doesn't work. I had seen this product, read up on it and decided to give it a try. I had a compression sleeve that was about half the cost of this but didnt seem to do much but protect my skin. I've tried various braces and bands that offer short term relief but get in the way or restrict my range of motion when engaging in weightlifting.
